Order Process
When you're placing an order, make sure to mention the item, size, and design number you need. Don't forget to include the wording you want! We'll contact you by email ASAP to double-check all the details with you.
Once we've accepted your order, we'll ask for a 50% payment upfront. Once that's sorted, your designer will dive into creating your proof, which we'll send your way via email. We'll only hit print after we've got your thumbs-up on the proof and full payment.
Our busiest stretch is during the summer wedding season, so the earlier you order, the better to steer clear of any last-minute rush and ensure everything goes smoothly.
