Welcome to our gallery of Table Plans
We will make your reception look fabulous!
Ready to make your wedding venue shine? Display your gorgeous board on an easel at the entrance or consider framing it in a lovely flower frame – it's a stunning choice either way!
Our plans come in three sizes: A3 (29.7cm x42cm), A2 (42cm x 59.4cm) or A1 (59.4cm x 84.1cm). We're flexible too – if you need a specific frame size, just let us know! They pair perfectly with our matching table numbers. And hey, if you fancy a different shape or size, just give us a shout. They are printed on sturdy PVC board to perfect for displaying on an easel. The smaller A3 ones can also be printed on card for mounting in a picture frame.
Thinking about the guest list? Our A2 size fits around 5-6 tables, while the A1 size is better if you've got more. And for those grand celebrations, we can print your table plan on an even larger board.
Oh, and here's the fun part – all our standard designs also come with welcome signs and table stationery! Imagine everything from your boards to banners and stationery all matching flawlessly for that polished, pro look.

Paphos Brides, we'll personally deliver to your hotel. For other Cyprus Brides, your board will be sent via courier (a small delivery charge applies).

Welcome Sign & Table Plan Combo
The large standing table plans with sail or arch shaped welcome signs place next to them, either free-standing or in a wooden stand are increasingly popular, so why not consider this as an option? Traditional Card Table Plan

We d o still make the traditional card type table plans. These can be supplied with or without a backing board if you have your own frame or mirror. This card table plan features rose gold glitter paper and starfish, mounted on a frosted acrylic board. We have a wide selection of different coloured card, ribbon and embelishments. Mirror Table Plans & Signs
We offer mirror table plans in conjunction with our friends at the decor company Marry Me Cyprus, who provide the mirror and ornate stands. This table plan looks gorgeous, but incredibly hard to photograph! The letters are individually laser cut from vinyl and applied to the mirror, we find that black or white lettering looks best and is easy to read.
If you would also like shapes on the mirror these can also be done - our silhouette bride and groom are a popular choice.
